WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Welcome to Jordans Corner.
We are excited to provide a fun and adventurous place for children and families to play, climb, slide, explore, laugh, and enjoy time together.
RULES AND EXPECTATIONS
By participating in activities at Jordans Corner LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms on behalf of myself, my child or children, and my heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
Unless otherwise specifically stated for a supervised program or event, Jordans Corner is an unsupervised play space. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
All participants are expected to treat others and the facility with respect. Throwing, pushing, hitting, spitting, inappropriate language, unsafe behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated. Jordans Corner reserves the right to ask any participant or family to leave the facility for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
Participants should take turns, follow posted rules, use equipment appropriately, and be considerate of other guests.
Running, jumping, climbing, sliding, and participating in play activities involve inherent risks. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining which activities are appropriate for themselves and their children.
If you or your child has a spill, bathroom accident, illness related accident, injury, or other incident, please notify a Jordans Corner staff member immediately so the area can be properly addressed, cleaned, and sanitized.
All participants must follow additional safety instructions and rules posted throughout the facility or provided by Jordans Corner staff.
SUPERVISED PROGRAMS AND EVENTS
Jordans Corner may offer supervised programs, camps, child watch with coworking services, Parents Night Out events, classes, or similar programs during which a parent or guardian may be permitted to leave the facility.
During these designated programs, trained staff will supervise participating children according to the terms of that specific program.
In the event of an accident, illness, or injury requiring medical or professional assistance, Jordans Corner will make reasonable efforts to contact the childs parent or legal guardian.
If Jordans Corner reasonably believes immediate medical attention is necessary, I authorize Jordans Corner staff to obtain emergency medical assistance, including contacting emergency medical services or arranging transportation to an appropriate medical facility.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in playground activities, classes, programs, events, and use of play equipment involves inherent risks of injury.
These risks may include falls, collisions, cuts, bruises, sprains, broken bones, illness, serious injury, disability, and other injuries that may occur during physical activity or play.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks associated with participation by myself and my child or children.
I agree to follow all stated and customary rules and conditions for participation. If I observe an unsafe condition or significant hazard, I will remove myself or my child from the situation and notify Jordans Corner staff.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself and my child or children, heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns, release and hold harmless Jordans Corner LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and property owners from claims arising from participation in activities or use of the facility, including claims involving injury, disability, death, property loss, or property damage.
I understand that this release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
I voluntarily accept responsibility for the risks associated with participating in activities at Jordans Corner.
If any portion of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
MEDICAL AND FIRST AID AUTHORIZATION
If I am signing on behalf of a minor child, I authorize Jordans Corner staff to administer reasonable first aid when necessary.
In the event of a serious illness, injury, or medical emergency, I authorize Jordans Corner to contact emergency medical services and obtain or arrange appropriate medical care or transportation when Jordans Corner reasonably determines that immediate care is necessary.
INDEMNIFICATION
I accept financial responsibility for injury or property damage caused by my negligent or intentional actions or the negligent or intentional actions of my child or children.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jordans Corner LLC, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from claims resulting from my negligent or intentional actions or those of my child or children while participating in activities at Jordans Corner.
This applies to activities occurring inside the Jordans Corner facility as well as activities organized by Jordans Corner in outdoor, recreational, or off site locations.
COMMUNICABLE ILLNESS
I understand that participation in activities in a public or group environment may involve exposure to contagious or communicable illnesses.
By entering the facility or participating in Jordans Corner programs, I voluntarily accept the risks associated with such exposure.
SECURITY CAMERAS
I understand that security cameras may be installed within and around the Jordans Corner facility for safety, security, operational, and incident review purposes.
Recordings may be reviewed by Jordans Corner when necessary in connection with safety concerns, incidents, injuries, security matters, or other legitimate business purposes.
PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Jordans Corner permission to photograph or record me and my minor child or children while participating in activities at the facility or Jordans Corner events.
I authorize Jordans Corner to use photographs, video recordings, and other media for lawful business purposes, including advertising, social media, website content, promotional materials, and publicity.
I understand that I or my child will not receive compensation or royalties for such use.
PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN CERTIFICATION AND CONSENT
I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor child or children included on my account or that I otherwise have legal authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement and understand that participation in activities at Jordans Corner involves risks that may result in injury.
I voluntarily accept these terms on behalf of myself and my child or children.
ELECTRONIC CONSENT
I certify that the information I provide is accurate.
By electronically signing or accepting this document, I understand that my electronic signature or electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as my handwritten signature.
I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
